On May 30, Prof. Keith Chan from the Division of Environment and Sustainability (ENVR) was invited as a panelist to share his academic perspective on green finance taxonomies at the Legislative Council. The press conference was held for the launch of a policy think tank report which several ENVR members helped review. The report cited his paper Market Fragmentation or Market Failure? A Dilemma of Harmonizing Green Finance Taxonomy Designs.
